Our discussion begins with how she became a teacher, her first impressions at Boylan Catholic, some of her previous teaching experience. We also discuss what Ms. Madden enjoys outside of being a teacher, some of her hobbies, where she went to grade school and high school, what she studied in college, and how her first semester as a Boylan teacher is going. We talk about some of her favorite subject areas in English, her favorite books, and authors. Ms. Madden also talks about being a Boylan Alum.

EP. 72 – A Preview of Boylan Catholic vs. St. Rita

In this episode “The Clubhouse” will breakdown the Semifinal matchup between Boylan Catholic and St. Rita Chicago. We compare both teams in several different categories; their run and pass games and on how good their defenses are. Then we compare and contrast both team’s best players in all areas of the game, in passing, running, and catching, all to see which team has a slight edge. We dive deep into the keys to victory for each group. Then on Saturday, the Boylan Broadcast club will broadcast the game live at 1:30. Support the Boylan Titans on the fight for a state title.

In this episode of the “Hit and Wall” podcast, Brianna Novak and Nhia Caras recap the swimming Freshman/Sophomore results. In this podcast, they will be talking about the Varsity Conference and the upcoming championship season. Brianna Novak will be interviewing Nhia Caras on how the swimming season is going. The Boylan Swim team placed 5th at Fr/So Conference. The highest point scorers were the only varsity members of the underclassmen, Bryn Kiley and Molly Ryan. EP. 64 “Qualifying for Sectionals” Hosted By Brianna Novak and Juliana Mace

In this segment, Juliana Mace and Brianna Novak will be discussing the Boylan Catholic Cross Country Team’s “Qualifying for IHSA Sectionals”. We will be interviewing Senior Liam Keefe and Emma Strombeck, as well as Junior Rachel Hilby, and Sophomore Blaise Mace. The cross country team participated at the IHSA Sterling 2A Regional. Listen to the podcast to find out more about the results of Regionals and their plan for Sectionals. The Sectional meet will be on November 2nd at Belvidere High School, they will be running in the most competitive sectional. We will discuss goals and preparation for Sectionals!!! The Titan Girls will start at 9:30 AM and the Titan Boys will begin at 10:00 AM.
